AN INTRIGUING PALATE OF FLAVORS

Tequila Joven combines the richness of extra-aged tequila with the freshness of white tequila. Gran Sociedad rests in medium-toasted American oak barrels, where white tequila interacts with aged tequila, blending cocoa, coffee, caramel, vanilla, and honey notes. The medium toast enhances these with balanced hints of spices, smoke, and chocolate.

Our artisanal process uses masonry ovens, imparting earthy, smoky aromas. As the agave cooks and is shredded, it releases mineral notes, wet earth scents, and sweet agave flavors, enhanced through contact with the stone surface.

Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, generating tequila’s key qualities from over 300 agave components.
