Gran Sociedad Tequila was born from a vision: to create a spirit that reflects Mexico’s cultural richness and communal spirit. Founded in 2021 by a team of Mexican artists and entrepreneurs, Gran Sociedad reinterprets the tradition of tequila through a lens of artistry, authenticity, and cultural heritage. With each bottle, the brand invites you to dive into the essence of a “grand society” without barriers, one where respect for nature and a slower pace of life allow us to rediscover what truly matters.

From the fields of Los Altos de Jalisco, Gran Sociedad tequila is a handcrafted masterpiece that honors ancient production processes. We use eight-year-old agaves, following sustainable practices that pay homage to “mother plants,” allowing each drop to tell an authentic story. Master Distiller Yadira Hernández, alongside her predominantly female team, employs ancestral techniques such as the tahona and masonry ovens to extract the best of the agave, keeping the legacy of past generations alive.
